About Babadul
Babadul is both a floor lamp and a light object, which emanates positively and unmistakably on spaces. The paper sheet hovers at the end of a slender metal rod, like a large abstracted animal mask or a flower petal. Just as in all other MaMo Nouchies, the lampshade consists of Japanese paper. It is treated in several steps in Dagmar Mombach’s studio. The LED module has been developed by Ingo Maurer's team especially for the new LED MaMo Nouchies. The light is warm and soft, and can hardly be distinguished from conventional halogen light. The height is adjustable between 130 and 160 cm.
