Michele de Lucchi's Riviera chair is probably the object most faithful to the prototypes of cutting-edge household appliances he designed in 1979 for the Girmi company. It represents an attempt to showcase a playful, rather than merely functional, relationship with everyday objects. Riviera is a chair that surprises with its playful shape: its base is composed of two intersecting blue arches, and the seat is folded like a book. Wooden chair covered in decorative laminate with fabric padding, painted metal legs. Available in black or pink.
