K831 Pendant

Midgard's K831's re-edition is based on a rare draft from the 1930s. A swiveling lampshade allows the light cone to be directed flexibly where needed. The carefully composed lampshade finishes, colors, and textile cable choices allow many options to make this a modern classic that accentuates any interior style. The hand-pushed lampshade rotates smoothly on the dome, directing the light where needed. A classic rotary switch located at the top of the lamp dome turns the lamp on, permitting flexible installation situations either directly to the ceiling outlet or with a plug for a socket. The black textile cable with which each pendant light is manufactured is another high-quality detail. The standard E27 socket, suitable for retrofitting LED, provides a sustainable solution. It allows for customization of the lighting color to suit individual preferences. The lamp's final assembly is done in Hamburg, while all of its component parts are made in Germany. The luminaire is fitted with an E27 socket and is suitable for use with an LED light source. Midgard recommends E27-retrofit LED with 2700K and between 6 and 10W (corresponding to 40 - 60W) Please do not use classic or halogen lamps over 40W in the luminaire.
